Paul HodgsonManaging Director
Paul joined Eskmuir's Board as Investment Director in 2006 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2007. Paul joined Eskmuir from Warner Estate where he was a Divisional Director responsible for the Apia Regional Office and Agora Shopping Centre Funds with assets totalling c£900m.
John SullivanSenior Asset Manager
Before joining Eskmuir John worked at Drivers Jonas as an Associate Partner focusing on the strategic and asset management of a number of Central London landed Estates. He has experience in investment acquisitions and valuations, agency, lease advisory and property management.
Kenneth JamiesonAsset Manager
Kenneth has over twelve years of property market experience having previously worked as a director focusing on fund management at Invista Real Estate and as an investment agent at DTZ. He has UK-wide experience in investment transactions, asset management and valuation.
Jim HardingHead of Finance and Company Secretary
Jim is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years experience in the property sector. Prior to joining Eskmuir Jim was involved with the launch and ongoing management of Max Property Group PLC and has held senior advisory positions at Prestbury Investment Holdings and Chelsfield PLC.
Nisha PatelProperty Administrator
Nisha joined the finance team at Eskmuir in 2007 from DTZ where she was part of the team that managed the Hewlett Packard, Rentokil and Royal Bank of Scotland portfolios. Prior to this Nisha was part of the Group Estates and Legal Department at Invensys Plc.
